Since Vaultext is offering virtual numbers, we do not issue refunds once the purchase is made and the number has been activated successfully. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on our site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place regarding the specification of the product we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for refunds under the following conditions:
1. Non-receiving SMS
If due to server issues you do not receive an SMS with a confirmation code from us, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-receipt must be submitted within 7 days from the purchase date of the number. Otherwise, the product will be considered activated.
2. Invalid Virtual Number Issues
If you experience problems using a number after receiving an SMS, you may be eligible for a refund. You must submit evidence of an invalid number (e.g., providing screenshots with 2FA). Claims regarding such issues must be submitted within 7 days. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may interpret your silence as acceptance of successful activation with no further right of redress or refund for "invalid virtual number issue" reasons.
3. Major Defects
While all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. In the event of such issues:
- You should contact us, and we reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours.
- If a deficiency is confirmed and we are unable to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint or notification, a refund will be issued in full without additional compensation. Alternatively, at the customer’s choice, a replacement product of similar value may be offered.
Note: Temporary access to your web host/server may be requested by our technicians to diagnose and resolve potential issues with our products. Failure to provide timely access may delay issue resolution. Refusal to provide server access will render you ineligible for a refund.
Important Considerations
We do not assume responsibility and do not satisfy refund, return, or exchange requests based on:
- Incompatibility with third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) other than those specified as compatible in the product description.
- Incompatibility with third-party programs (including web hosts) not guaranteed by our products. Additionally, we do not provide support for third-party applications.
Refund Request Procedure
Requests for a refund must be submitted to support@vaultext.com within 2 days of the order placement. Your request should include detailed and justified reasons for applying for a refund. Please ensure that your request aligns with our Terms and Conditions.
