1. Definitions
The following terminology/definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions:
- Customer, You, Your: Refers to the person logged on this website and compliant with the Contractor’s terms and conditions.
- Contractor, Ourselves, We, Our: Refers to our Company.
- Party, Parties, or Us: Refers to both the Client and Ourselves.
- API request: A set of technical solutions provided by the Contractor for use in external software products of users.
- API keys: A unique string of numbers and letters used for authorized login and access to the Website.
- Administrator (Contractor): The owner of the Website software and Database.
- Database: Information database of the Contractor on the Contractor's Website.
- Login via Google: Authentication on the Website using Google’s OAuth 2.0 authorization.
- Order (Activation): A separate service request placed by the Customer by performing actions on the Website or through API requests.
- Personal Account, Profile: Personalized workspace of the Customer on the Website.
- Non-implementation of the Order: Use of Information on a particular Order not comprehensively.
- Electronic Virtual Balance: The balance on the Customer's Personal Profile showing funds transferred to the Contractor’s balance for services.
2. Registration
By registering on vaultext.com, you confirm that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and are a capable natural person over the age of 18. Registration requires providing Customer data, including Login, Password, API keys, or Login via Google OAuth 2.0.
3. General Terms on Service Provisions
Customers may use our services if permitted by their country's legislation. The Customer must comply with the general rules of the Website and ensure payment for services as per our terms.

4. Information Services
The Contractor provides access to the Database containing Information (data such as number and SMS code) based on selected criteria (country, Service, Operator). The Customer agrees to use the Database through the registration mechanism on the Website.
Order Process
- Authorized login to the Website.
- Selection of Information criteria and placement of Order by clicking “Buy” or using API requests.
- Provision of Information by the Contractor to the Customer.
Order Cancellation
Funds for canceled Orders are returned to the Customer's Electronic Virtual Balance within 24 hours after clicking " Cancel."
5. Scope of Services
The Services are determined by the scope expressed in units of Information on the Implemented Orders.
6. Cost of Services and Payment Procedure
The cost of services is displayed on the Website in rubles. Customers pay for services by replenishing their Electronic Virtual Balance, with consumption occurring as Orders are implemented.
Foreign currency payments are credited and accounted on an Electronic Virtual Balance in rubles.
7. Report on Provided Services
The Contractor provides information on all provided services in the Order History within the Customer's Personal Account. Customers must review this information within 5 days from the end of the Reporting Period.
8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
Contractor Rights
- Set and modify Website rules.
- Terminate or suspend Terms and Conditions in case of fraudulent or illegal Customer activities.
- Receive payment for services and take necessary action for rule violations.
Contractor Obligations
- Provide technical capabilities of the Website to the Customer.
- Not responsible for third-party software errors.
Customer Rights
- Receive services as per Terms and Conditions.
Customer Obligations
- Comply with the Terms and Conditions.
- Pay for services in the stipulated manner.
- Use services lawfully and compensate the Contractor for any damages incurred due to misuse.
Both Parties must maintain confidentiality of information obtained during the fulfillment of obligations, except as legally required.
9. Confidentiality
The Contractor may amend Terms and Conditions as permitted by law. By continuing to use the services after such amendments, the Customer agrees to the changes.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from the use of VAULTEXT shall be resolved through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), particularly Arbitration** with a one-person panel in Abuja, Nigeria, governed by Nigerian arbitration laws.
